This is a friendly, peer-led support group for women over 18.

This group is a wonderful space for women to share their stories, challenges, and victories, fostering understanding and support among one another. With the guidance of compassionate peer facilitators, participants will take part in open discussions, engaging workshops, and fun activities aimed at promoting healing and resilience. By coming together each week, women will find comfort in shared experiences and build valuable coping strategies, all while forming meaningful connections that can help combat feelings of isolation and despair.
